Since our product provides instantaneous access to proprietary features, data schemas, and global ecosystem tools upon purchase, our refund and cancellation criteria are strictly structured as defined below.
Users have the absolute autonomy to cancel their premium membership or subscription plan at any point in time. There are no locking periods, permanent commitments, or hidden cancellation fee structures enforced.
While your subscription can be terminated immediately upon request, an unconditional full refund will not be issued automatically unless it perfectly satisfies the timeline parameters detailed under Section 3.
Refund eligibility depends strictly on the absolute number of calendar days passed since initial plan activation or free trial configuration.
If you decide to cancel your subscription and officially file a refund claim via email within 10 calendar days from the date of sign-up/purchase, you will receive a 50% partial refund of the total base amount paid. The remaining 50% is retained to cover server costs, technical setup fees, payment gateway handling charges, and initial data provisioning.
⚠️ CRITICAL NOTICE: The initial 1-Day Free Trial period is explicitly included within this 10-day timeline allocation.
If a cancellation is initialized or a refund application email is dispatched after 10 calendar days have elapsed, no refund will be issued under any circumstances. You will hold completely unrestricted access to all your dashboard features until the current billing cycle finishes, and no subsequent renewals will be charged.
To register an authenticated refund request within the eligible 10-day timeframe, you must explicitly reach out to us using your verified registration email address.
